The room was clean, and the modern decor made it very inviting. The staff was attentive, efficiently assisting in my needs, especially with the business center, crucial for my work requirements. I enjoyed a varied breakfast each morning, including fresh pastries that set a positive tone for my day.
Noise from neighboring rooms was a bit disruptive.

The hotel was quiet and incredibly beautiful with very informative personnel who was perturbed at my request. Booked a room pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness. Climate control, multi-channel television and a microwave were included. Location: the property was not far from downtown on college and Easy to find off Rt 41 and high touch areas like doors and light switches. This hotel met my requirements in every way, 100% recommend.

The room was newly renovated with 2 beds, and I slept very well. I had outstanding food for breakfast except for an apple. The staff was pleasant plus the location was perfect.

The final verdict on this
While the beds were comfortable and the room appeared clean at first glance, the overall atmosphere felt off. The hotel lacked proper maintenance and customer service was inconsistent, leading to a rather disappointing experience. Proceed with caution.

Everything except liability for swimmers and water in our bathroom.
Libility for swimmers at $10 person. And we had to move to another room because of water leaking from ceiling into our bathroom. And we never got a discount

The hotel had some redeeming qualities, but several aspects needed improvement. The room had a modern decor and was fairly clean, made for a pleasant atmosphere. I appreciated the varied breakfast options like fresh pastries and good coffee. Staff members were attentive and quick to meet my needs. Unfortunately, the noise from neighboring rooms was quite disruptive. Some areas seemed shabby, and the bedding didn't quite meet the expected standards, with a few stains noted. The bathroom had a fresh look but the overall cleanliness could be better addressed. This hotel has potential but needs to focus more on the small details .

The price was excellent in comparison to other facilities of comparable quality. Excellent value and very nice and clean. Breakfast was great for the value (free). Food was fresh and I was amazed to see Florida's Best OJ being served rather than some cheap concentrated no-name brand. AAA+++ your breakfast. Dining area clean and well maintained. Plenty of room for everyone to sit and enjoy the start of their day.
Hours of pool were too restricted. 8Am - 10 pm. Should be later at night, at least until midnight, but restricted to adults from 10pm- midnight. This shouldn't be a problem as you have no lifeguard on duty at any time. We arrived at 9:30 pm and had to leave by 9am the next morning. No time to use the pool. Would have loved to use the hot tub when we got there before bedtime to relax from driving but it was closed by the time we checked in and unpacked. Your sign should also be on Jackson Street with an arrow pointing north so your customers can find it more easily. It's kind of buried off the main drag and the big tall sign can't always be seen. Pillows were bad. All balled up into a ball. Hard to sleep on.

The room was attractive with a modern decor and the bathroom was super clean. It's located close to the interstate. The best part? The friendly staff added a personal touch. Loved relaxing in the hot tub after my day.

Howard Johnson's-Appleton was convenient for my traveling/visiting plans. The price was within my budget for the purpose of my stay. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was very substantial.
There were many stairs to haul my luggage up, though I was offered (and accepted) assistance. The carpeting in my room looked as if it had not been vacuumed.

friday night as we came back from the pac, we couldn't get in the parking lot, there was a car parked in the way, and they got out and were talking to another car load of people. they saw us but wouldn't move. kinda scary, looked gangish. when we got out of our car, which was parked in the back, we started walking toward the door and someone started running toward us. we were a little nervouse due to the nature of the kids out there so we ran and hurried to close the door. we were on the second floor so we heard the door open and someone come upstairs. we were very uncomfortable with the situation. i did call the front desk and told them the situation, i guess they maybe peaked out the front door and said they are leaving now, he thinks they are just going clubing. very uncomfortable, double bolting our door and even putting a chair in front.
